What is a “system export”?
A system export is a ZIP file produced by the Alchemize Scout extractor utility — a read-only tool you run on your Maximo, TRIRIGA, IBM i, or other supported system. It captures object metadata and dependency relationships without touching production data.
Does my data leave my environment?
Your export is uploaded to your private tenant, processed in-memory, and stored encrypted. No data is ever shared between organisations or used for training.
What systems are supported for soft launch?
Soft launch is Maximo-first. TRIRIGA and IBM i are also in scope for the $99 baseline scan and $1,225/mo monitored instance. Talk to us if you need another system.
What’s included in the $1,225/mo monitored instance?
Keep watching means a monitored instance with recurring rescans included in the seat. You stay current on complexity, drift, and dependency risk without buying another one-off scan each time.
How does Seat AI billing work?
Each seat includes $100/mo of AI at cost. Additional AI usage is billed at cost + 15%. Monthly AI caps apply. This is included in the seat — not a separate hero SKU.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly monitored plans cancel at the end of the billing period. No long-term commitment required.
Need volume or services?
Annual plans, volume licensing, and Alchemize migration services (CodeAlchemist, Catalyst Suite, Replatform) are separate from soft-launch self-serve pricing.
